Fuel pressure gauge

I have an 04 250 and i will be buying a scangauge II and using an sct sf3 with canned tunes and then getting custom tunes by either Vivian or Matt depending on which tunes smoke the least and which are safer for a non studded and non deleted truck I have analog boost pressure and EGT gauges in the truck on a pillar pod they were in it when I bought the truck I was wondering how to hook up a fuel pressure gauge. Also I don't know if the previous owner had a tune on the truck or has done any modifications.... Is there a way to determine this? And what monitoring options will a scangaugeII offer ? Z

Fuel psi gauge goes in the filter bowl, remove the brass colored round screw with an Allen wrench. But first, you'll need a metric to NPT adapter, I forgot where I got mine. DO NOT over torque, you WILL crack that housing, been there/done that. I just did an Auto Meter gauge, cost a few bucks, but it came with the sending unit. There are also wires under the dash above OBD to tap into for dimmer control, I'll look tomorrow.

As far as Scan Gauge goes, look at their website under X gauge, there is a pretty broad range of items it will monitor. The ONLY down side is that you have to manually enter information, not that big of a deal, esp considering how little they cost.

The ScangaugeII can be set up to monitor everything but EGT's and fuel pressure. You can add up to 24 extra parameters to monitor with the X gauges.

The adapter you'll need for the fuel pressure port is an M12x1.5 male to 1/8" NPT female

Up and to the left of the OBD port there is a small wire connector, in my 03, the yellow wire will provide what you need to dim the light in your gauges.
