Question sct dj's tunes cold weather and tranny

Hi Everyone..... It got down to 40degrese here last night and is going to the next 2 or 3 nights and i was wondering if i could apply the cold fix on my tunes or is that something i would have to have vivian do, and last night is the first time i actually did a full out launch and quarter mile run with dj's tunes and it felt great besides the tranny felt like it was gonna come through the floor it shifted so hard...it shifts fine during normal driving its just full throttle it way to hard...can i fix that through the user options or is that something i would have to call vivian and have them adjust it... I just dont want to bug them about adjusting the tunes cause im sure they are busy...it shifts like that on the street and the street/looney....any info would be appreciated..

The cold fix, and the shifting issue will both need to be fixed by DJ. Give 'em a call and don't worry, they're great to deal with when it comes to customer service. They may already even have tunes in their stock pile to email you right away. Call and talk to Vivian, she'll fix you up real quick!
