Awesome man!! Glad to hear you are enjoying it!
I think you can get some Tunes for your SCT from Jody @ DP and Tadd @ Elite Diesel... but others will be along to say for sure.. (I'm more up to date on the 7.3 side of things) |

They can make any kind of tune you want!
And I would stay away from Ebay tuners as the manufacturers [I]usually[I] don't back them up with the warranty... just a thought |

there are two different types of SCT's
the ones that come with basic tunes installed and the ones that require someone to custom build files for you. i'm sure the ebay ones are not the ones you want, you will want to get one from Matt at Spartan Diesel Tech, and tell him what you want done, and he will custom build tunes for YOUR exact vehicle. the guy is awesome with the powerstroke. edit: i am not trying to imply that any of our other vendors are not more than capable of tuning the sct. i only mention matt because i use his tunes and can vouch for him, but i've heard nothing but good things about the other tuners here like DJ's, or elite, or innovative etc... Congratulations! Glad to see another new and happy Powerstroker!
With the SCT we can change every parameter in your truck based on what you want to get out of it. LVTitan is correct. There are two models. The Model 9400 is the custom tuner. With the Model 9415 you can only download SCT preprogrammed files but you can convert the 9415 to a 9400 and download custom tunes. If you are looking at Ebay for a new unit, we sell our SCT's including unlimited tuning which means you pay one time. If you are looking at Ebay for a used unit, I would suggest you make sure the previous vehicle was taken back to stock, else the unit will be useless to you. Also, ask around here and see if any members are selling their SCT. If we can be of service, please let us know. Thanks, Vivian |

I would suggest an SCT Xcal2 from any one of our sponsors/vendors with custom tunes. You can get a tune for virtually anything you want, and if you're not satisfied with your tunes, just call whomever you buy it from and they will adjust it until it makes you happy. Its really the best way to go. All your tuning files will be sent to you by email and then its just a matter of plugging the SCT box in to your PC via the USB port and uploading your tunes to the box. But before you tune up your truck, I strongly suggest a good set of gauges to keep you safe. A big tune will build a lot of exhaust heat, make sure you have at least an EGT gauge to keep an eye on that.
