Aftermarket EGR and Oil Cooler

Hi Guys,
Noticed some white smoke upon start up and i believe it is finally time to replace the EGR cooler. So since i am going through all the trouble i am going to replace the oil cooler as well and clean and service the turbo.

What is the best aftermarket EGR and Oil Cooler i can find? And what would guys recomend for a Turbo service, since it will be off the truck.

Thanks for all your help

The one and only choice of an aftermarket oil cooler is the bulletproof diesel oil cooling system. CLICK ME

Other than that, if you were to buy any other aftermarket oil cooler you would be gambling with a $12,000 motor. Buy, and stick with, OEM.

^^^ agreed. The Bulletproof oil cooler is top notch. Just installed mine, actually not too difficult. They are expensive, but if you plan on keeping the truck for a long time it is a great investment.

No, quite the contrary, I did install the BPD system, as has the other 2 posters here, and we all love our systems. Think we all agree it is the best thing we have done to our trucks.
