Cheap tuner to just disable EGR logic

Guys, What is the cheapest tuner I can get for my 2004 6.0 ? All I want to do is delete the EGR logic to get rid of the damn check engine light after an EGR unplug/removal.

I just found a SCT 3015, unmarried with 5 re-vins (so never used) for $225 shipped so I got that. Looks like it will do what I want?

Do you have to have customs tunes written to turn the CEL off? or can one of the stock tunes turn this off? Please let me know after you get it to work. I need to do the same thing.

According to the sct website, it looks like it's just a toggle, but I'll do more reading before I plug it into the truck.
