A miss w/ tune, no miss w/ stock tune

I noticed that after I loaded the Srl tune onto my truck my truck would have a quick miss on cold mornings when I first started it up, I just thought maybe becausE it was really cold that was the cause. Well I loaded the stock tune yesterday and this morning no miss. What would cause that?

I was scared maybe I am doing damage to my injectors and because I have not bought a monitor yet I was going to wait and reload it after I am able to monitor my fuel pressure.
