PHP is a very respectable vendor. I have used them and had a great experience with their customer service.

i used them with my gas truck .. the gryphon edge great product .. if your wanting to tune your 6.0 SCT is the only way

Except for the fact that people have been waiting 2 months+ after paying for a tune without receiving anything, and you can't get them on the phone, or to answer email. There is no excuse for that kind of service.

I strongly suggest you go with SCT.

Well, I'm guessing your referencing to my experience with PHP, as I didn't get my chip until two months, two days after I ordered. Although I was less than pleased with my experience, I am very pleased with the tunes and know of multiple people on here who have done business with Bill since with no issues.

I'm probably going to go with a different tuner next time around just to see how they stack up to Bills tunes, but if it wasn't for that I honestly wouldn't have a problem sending my chip back to them again.

Just my two cents, I don't have anything to offer in the way of tuning. I know plenty of people who run SCT tunes and are very pleased with them.

They need to hire some good help, I understand family issues and stuff, but they have customers to tend to. Its a crying shame because they're such great people and offer such awesome products.

I have only heard good things about their products and tunes. I know my experience in dealing with them has been so so. I have never been able to talk to anyone on the phone but Bill has always responded to my each and every email question I have had. So from that aspect, I would say that they will get you hooked up with whatever you need but just dont expect to get it in 5-10 minutes.

Your products and skills can be the best going but if you can'r provide at least reasonable customer service it doesn't matter. Expecting people to wait for month's for a tune is ridiculous, I don't care how good the tune is. Especially if you just leave the customer hanging while they are waiting.

I'd like to roll my strategy back to VXCF4 but I'll be damned if I'm going to send my PCM off and have my truck sit for months and not be able to get a response from them. EFF that.
