155 warrens with a stock 05 turbo and batmowheel
what do you guys think? yes or no? i think i would make a killer setup with tunning
id also build a regulated return for this setup im thinking vivian could get this thing tuned to a haze |

I would get an airdog rather than the reg return.
What other mods do you have? |

Ford 6.0 Powerstroke Black Diamond Master Head Gasket EGR Kit 18MM with REV-X | eBay
installing that this weekend, heads will be milled, intake hot tanked, and turbo cleaned also need new boots (intercooler tuber etc), going to call PMM for those right now it has a straight pipe 3 1/2in stack (will go to a 4"dp and 5in stack with the bigger injectors and turbo) already have collant filter, sct, gauges clean fuel system every 10k kms and change oil every 5k kms im gona look into building my own fuel system sort of like what elite desiel has i feel the stock system with a regulated return will suply plenty of fuel for the 155's tho |

it shouldnt even haze with that set up. no need for a fuel system either. just get an airdog II and it will be plenty. sounds like a good set up though

thing is if i do it now i wont have to do it later!
it has a set of twins going its way for sled pulling when im done DD with it how much injector can the stock turbo with batmowheel handle? |

I have 155s with stock 05 turbo and it smokes alot. Which I don't mind, but some people do. It does pull like a freight train with the AD2, but it gets hot. Like from a dead stop if you stab it, then you have to let off about 90mph because the egts are 1600-1700 degrees. A batmowheel might take care of that, but when I had stock injectors I could hold it WOT till well over 100 before it got hot.

![]() is exh a true 4in turbo back? or 3.5 dp then 4 in? also a batmowheel will help with egts and then alittle W/M will drop her into where i feel safe |

3.5 down pipe into 4 inch straight pipe. I've thought about w/m, but thinking about a power Max first. If I put a batmowheel in the stock Turbo, would it also fit the power Max later?

No, stock turbo batmo wont fit powermax turbos. Also something to think about is from what I hear you need a new housing to fit the batmowheels on the 05+ turbos. Dont know why but thats what I hear, and thats like and extra $150 at least so theres some food for thought. At that price you're almost half way to a powermax alone.

stock down pipe is not 3.5" its more like 3" or 3.25" and a batmowheel will not fit the 04.5+ turbos because the 03 turbo compressor wheels are larger...
In all honesty I think the powermax is joke |
