Edge Insight CTS help. Lost PIDs after SCT tune.

[SVT F15O]

After loading up a custom tune my Insight no longer knows that my truck is a 2003 F-250(I have no option to enter the VIN). With that happening now I have lost some important PIDs like EOT, FICM, Boost(not that important), etc.
Matt at Gearheads says I need to change my "protocols" to manual and I have no idea how to do that. I read the manual and don't see it brought up anywhere. Pressed every button I can on the screen and don't see anything related either.
EDGE tech support is closed until after the new year so they are of no help to me either.

Update the CTS and see what happens.

Please help I'm in the same boat I've called edge and sct they where no help Matt @ gearhead says it can be done but I cannot figure out how.

Sounds like you need to go online and update both your CTS/SCT.

SCT wrote me a tune with my vin in it works perfect. Excellent customer service.
