MBRP missing parts!!

So I picked up my 4" MBRP installer series turbo back cat delete exhaust today and when I opened the box,,, the downpipe and the next pipe in line were both missing! I already had taken off my exhaust thank fully only up to the cat. So I called 4wheel parts and they had to order my missing parts from MBRP. Just needed to vent a little. I was very depressed. Being its my first performance mod to the truck

That stinks! Did the box show any signs of being opened or do you think they forgot to put them in the box at the factory?
What part number is on the box?

Well, it was opened and taped back up. I got it for $280 and it's the $499 system. He said it was opened and never installed but was all inventoried and accounted for. He said nothing was missing. Well I have a cat back system kinda as of now. Missing the front two pipes lol. There getting me the rest and making it right. Sounds good for only half the system so far. Haha

sucks that you have to wait, but it will be worth it in the end. I love how my MBRP sounds!
