REPLACE K&N FIPK

Looking at picking up a 06 F-350 CC 4x4 HD. 45K

VIN, OASIS & CARFAX all pristine. Pulled an oil sample and Blackstone shows excellent wear charateristics. Even the Wife is excited.

My problem is that owners grandson put a K&N FIPK on the truck 12K ago and tossed the stock filter assy away. The K&N is as good as gone. I am checking with local shops to see if they have a stock system left over from an CAI install.

If I am not successfull with the stock, Is the Volant with a Power Core filter about the only non stock system worth considering. . I have read and searched and this is my conclusion.

Any help will be appreciated.

Rick

Afe seems to be a pretty popular one too. Or S&B.

Post up a wanted ad in the classifieds section here on the forums. There are lots of members that would be willing to sell their stock intake systems to you for a reasonable price.
