155cc injector nozzle uprgrade
Hey guys was looking around an saw EDE has 155cc 8 hole nozzles and was wondering if anybody has used them and what you guys think. Would it make my stock injectors flow almost like a 155cc. I know if wont be as good as a full built injector but for 480.00 if its close thats a big price cut.

i had the same questions. i posted up on PSN and apparently the 8 hole nozzle doesnt get all the fuel in the bowl on the piston and can eventually kill the motor is what i got out of it. i think they are the only ones using that nozzle. ive heard they get good fuel mileage results but with hearing what i did about the motor i dont wanna chance it. and that was injector builders that told me that

yea i dont want to mess anything up but Im to the point where the only way to get more power is from turbo and injectors. I figured nozzles and a batmowheel till i can get 190's a powermaxx with batmowheel and nitrous. I just havent really heard anybody using them yet i know they just came out with them but im sure somebody has tried them

I dont know where the $480 is coming from because everything I have seen is $1000 for that kit. I could have something wrong and if so please send me the link.
Here is what I am looking at: www.elitedieselengineering.com - Stage1DIYInjectorKit |

That is to build your whole injector 480 for just the nozzles

Ok well according to that page it is for DIYers not them doing it and includes: 8- 155cc Injector Nozzles, Complete O-Ring Kit, Injector body clamp, Spool Valve re-seal kit.
Dont see anything in there more than just nozzles. So you are saying that I would be paying $520 extra for an O-ring kit, a clamp, and re-seal kit?? Really!!?? IDK but dont think so. I guess unless you dont any of those other things to install nozzles. I am not an injector builder but those small parts seem like a necessity to me. Just sayin. |

Yea you can buy just the nozzles and for it to be like a whole injector the have to change a lot more I think it is just an overhaul kit with 155 nozzles but didn't know if anybody tried just the nozzles on healthy injectors

no a stock body with 45% or 55% over nozzles are 155/165cc injectors.
Using a stock nozzle is stupid in my opinion. |

How much would larger nozzles be for stock injectors??
