ECM/TCM rollback ???

Been looking at the FICM rollback from PHP. I somewhat understand what this does. But what exactly does reflashing the ECM/TCM do. If I do one do I need to do both or what can someone give me some insight on this.

reflashing it means they will take it back to the 03-04 strategy from ford which had alittle more power and better fuel mileage. im sure you fuel mileage sucks right now being that you have an 05. call them up and they can tell you weather or not you really need it. they are honest people up there and if you dont need it they will tell you that you dont need it. i know for sure i need it just trying to come up with the funds. you wont see much gain in power but fuel mileage should increase a tad maybe more. ive never seen it cause worse fuel mileage yet so id say your pretty safe on doing it
