Talking Another pleased Gearhead customer!!!

Got my tunes from Matt last week and all I can say is WOW!!! They are way better then the free Spartan tunes I have been running! I have yet to really open her up yet because it is so cold here and they are putting down de-icer on the roads that if I go 1/4 throttle the truck is sideways... And that is just rolling into the throttle slow. That and I don't have a EGT or FP gauge yet. If they are not under the Christmas tree for me this year I will be ordering them as soon as I get to the computer.

Can't go wrong with gearhead. I use the SRL as a daily driver and the 8K tow for plowing. Very pleased with them both.

Gearhead is definitely one of the best! The srl+ is insanely fast and the shifting is great!

i got my tunes sunday and love them running the srl+ as my DD tune and it is great haven't had a chance to look at milage yet as my foot likes the skinny pedal. Shifting is amazing and crisp, pick up is amazing and from the spartan hybrid race my dead spot is gone at like 55mph. Love the tunes all together can't wait to do some towing as well and see what she does. I am beyond pleased and almost no smoke just when i get on it and well the turbo spools.

I haven't spent any money with Matt yet. But he still lets me bug him plenty.
Once I get some $$$s, it'll be going his way

(He's also located about 3miles north of me currently)

Matt is a quality guy. He has been working some special stuff with my truck, and continues to help me get dialed in to what I want. He is definitely top when it comes to customer service.

Thanks Matt

Has anyone run the SRL+ and the Looney Wild on the same truck with the same mods? I know Worldwide had them both and I think he said they were very comparable as far as power, but the SRL+ smoked less and had a broader power band were the Looney kind hits all at once. Just curious if anyone else has any experience with both.

I've been running Vivians tunes for a while, but am thinking about trying Matts tunes. The only reason I haven't done it yet is I love the way my truck is running.

I am not studded so I have the regular SRL and Looney. I would have to agree with the bold area there. My truck seems to shift a little better with the SRL though and I love the way it doesn't roll coal all the time.

Yes sir, I've ran the SRL++ and Looney wild, I agree with everything worldwide said. My older Looney Wild smokes a little more than my newer Looney Wild.
