Exhaust?

So im looking at the 5" Diamond Eye, but i want the look of in front of the tire exit! So is there a big difference between 4" and 5" and if i do dual front tire exit should i go to a 4" or stick with 5"?

Only real difference is sound 5" will be louder but will have a little more of a drone on the highway.

If your talking about doing duals in front of each tire then you wont be able to get a pipe over to the Driver side the fuel tank is in the way.

I don't know that I could've made my Diamond Eye 5 inch exit in front of the tire... You may hafta go to an exhaust shop for that little modification... As for 4 vs 5... my 5 is LOOOOOUUUUUDDDDD when I get on it. Quiet when I'm easing around or cruising. But it may be louder in the cab if you get it to exit in front of the tire. Good Luck! The Diamond Eye is a great kit!

4" with a 5" tip.
I have run this setup.
I have also ran into guys telling me that exhaust exiting there can cause the tires to blow out due to heat, most commonly seen when towing. Not sure if that is true, I never had any problems.
