How long does it generally take to get a custom tune from time of order?

Depends who you order from. Some will do same day.

MKM 4-5 days
IDP same to -2 days
Matt- same as idp

really depends on how busy they are and when you order it

I got tunes from IDP, Vivian, and Gearhead and they all where within 45 min.

Did you check your spam/junk mail in your e-mail account. Sometimes your PC don't recognize the sender and gets put into spam/junk mail.

Has anyone ordered a tune recently (last 2 weeks or so)

I know it is holiday season, and with vacation, and parties and stuff it may take longer.


I called IDP last monday and they said calling made things go faster, but it has been 15 days. Junk folder appears empty. Will call again monday. Figure they are busy for holiday, just wondering if anyone else is in same boat?


Placed and order with quick tricks friday, hopefully that one will get here soon as well.

My IDP tunes took 2 or 3 days. My Quick Tricks tune was in my inbox when I hung up the phone.

Wow 15, mine as well from Vivian was when I hung up the phone. Had to have it tweeked a couple times, and she did right then everytime! I am getting a gearhead one right after x-mas and I hear great things about TSD so I am getting one after xmas too

I dealt with IDP until i was straight sick of terrible customer service. Yes, if you want canned "off the shelf" tunes, that are specific for your strategy, but nothing else, then the turn around time is great. If you want a real "custom" tune with specific requests like HP, TQ, shift points, etc.. then it takes weeks to never... I dealt with Eric till i got fed up. Called Jodi at DP tuner, who answers the phone, listens to requests, and works with you until you get it right. Good luck
