Vivians Tunes "to much smoke"?

Hey Guys,

I'm running a TowAgg tune from Vivian, and it's perfect in every way, except for the amout of smoke. Anyone else have this issue?

I emailed her to see if she can cut back on the smoke, not sure if it's possible based on the way she tunes without loosing power.

Just wondering if anyone else's tunes were tweaked to reduce the amount of smoke??

I read somewhere that she doesnt tune as agressive with timing to be safer. I love this tune(towagg), but hate when I jump on it a little and cars behind me are dodging left and right from the cloud of smoke in thier face.

Thanks

-Evan

I am waiting for her to get back to me, and was just wondering if anyone else had this issue.

Go troll somewhere else!

First things first hahhahahaha. Second is yes I have had the same thing with all her tunes. There awesome tunes but all smoky! My tow tunes not as bad as the loony but definitely more smoke than my Spartan or innovative tunes. She can cut it back a little bit but it wont do what you want it to do afterwards unfortunately. This was just my experience though...

Thanks Scooter, I figured that was the case! I still love the way the tune drives!

If the smoke is too much and her tweak doesnt do much for you, I would give truck source diesel a call. I run their super panty dropper (performance not towing tune, which means it should smoke the most of their tunes) and I love it. When I mash the pedal I get a decent puff of smoke that all but clears up once the turbo lights. Their tunes are $50 for one $75 for two and $100 for three tunes. Great guy and great turn around. Hope this helps.

I haven't ran any of her tunes but compared to other tunes I've seen Matt's tunes are extremely low smoke.

What tune of hers is equal to matt's srl. I have been wanting to try a different tune and didnt know if she had a tune that was compareable and safe for stock head studs. That's why I like matt's is because he has a good record with stock head studs and and his smooth power delivery

It's the Looney Tune. But IMO, it doesn't even compare to the SRL. Don't waste your money, I've ran both.
