Same here. Just recently added two bottles (initial dose) to the existing oil (Mobil 1 TDT 5W40 which has ~4K miles on it). Noticed a difference within 20 miles. Smoother idle, quieter engine, and 2 mpg increase in fuel economy (14.5 to 16.5).
I think I had an injector or two starting to stick, which the Rev-X cleared-up. I knew because I had a periodic miss at idle, and occasional white smoke. Good Stuff |

It depends. For the ones with injcetion issues dirrectly related to stiction. YES. It is a cleaner, if your oil components are not that dirty, the worth is less since there is not much to clean. |
