Billet intake mainfold

Has anyone thought about coming out with a billet intake manifold for the 6.0? Would be really interesting! Maybe it would be a good seller if the price is right!

Elite doesnt make it, ZZ Fab does. Gogo is the only one that is direct replacement. Im working on something, its got put on the back burner at the moment. Was hopeing to have some units out for testing before the end of the year but its not looking like its going to happen.

Are you going to modify the stock one or come out with one from scratch?

I really like that ZZ sheet metal intake but it would pretty much call for a complete redesign of the engine bay to make it work on a street truck. No turbo in the engine valley. Ok, maybe a big centrifugal blower and forget the turbo.

yeah thats what i think too, I think there is an need for a full aftermarket intake where you can still place the turbo is stock location.

While I see your point, I dont think one can really improve upon doug's manifold for that price and besides looks (which is VERY important), what is the point??
