Any time you buy a "bundle" you are paying for the convenience of someone else putting part "A" together with part "B" plus their mark-up.
You would be better off buying your own egr delete kit (with an up-pipe, steer clear of any kit that does not include it), buying a tuner and getting your chosen tune e-mailed to you from the writer of the tune.
I used the cheapest egr delete kit on fleabay (dicadsolutions) which is also sold on egrdeletekit.com or something like that. It cost me 165 bucks. I got an SCT tuner with 5 unlocks remaining for $200 by watching the "for sale" section here, and can get anyones tune for under a hundred bucks.
