Thinking of buying some things

I want to buy the AFE Stage 2 Cold Air Intake System with Pro-GUARD 7 with battery tray and the MBRP SLM Series T409 Stainless Steel 5" Exhaust System - No Muffler and MBRP Angled Exhaust Tip (5" Inlet, 6" Outlet) all form XDP. what do you guys think let me know

Buy the exhaust but scratch the intake. Your stock intake will take you all the way to 500HP. Save your money and get an Edge CTS monitor.

The AFE Mega-Cannon is definately not one of the big sellers because of cost, but it sure is a nice unit. I had one on my 6.0 and the whistle of the unit is far more than that of any other intake I have heard. MBRP is a great choice you cant go wrong with anything they manufacture. I know t stock air intake is good up to 500 hp but im just looking for somthing different

Well if you want to then the AFE is a nice kit. I personally like S&B better but that is just my opinion and not fact of anything other than they post what their system's capabilities are. The main thing to notice with any aftermarket filter is that while it may "flow" more, none of them filter quite as good as the oem (i.e. 98% efficient, etc) and only hold about 10% of the dirt that the oem filter will. Just saying, I would use this money for a fuel system upgrade or something else. JMO and tryin to help.

i would hold off on the intake as well. all it does if give you a little more turbo sound on the intake side, and make it easier to clean or replace the filter. if i could choose again, i would of held off on the intake and got a drop-in batmowheel

ok so i went ahead and bought those parts from xdp. They should be here this wednesday or thursday cant wait for install. I have 250 dollars left on my bugdet. What can i buy with that

Save the $250 and put towards a CTS unit.
