Start with a monitor/gauge solution first, read this link and check your ECT/EOT delta prior to adding the fun stuff.
Things to consider about owning a 6.0L
I seen in your other post about the Bully Dog, don't even bother loading it into your truck, because if you decide to go with the better programmer (SCT with custom tunes) you may have to spend another $150 to be reflashed because the bully dog can corrupt the stock tune after you use it, and may cause conflict with the SCT tunes.
