ELC ?? i have read alot and confused on what kind to buy??

i going to finally do my egr delete and going to flush system and put some ELC in i know to run Cat EC-1 rated ELC but is there different brands ??
i confused reading on the forum what brand to get
can i order it from my local napa i know it has to say ec-1 , and do i need to buy pre mixed or straight ?? or dose it only come one way

Any brand that says it is Cat EC-1 Rated will do. You need 4 gallons of concentrated not the 50/50 premixed stuff. Napa sells Zerex ELC under part# ZXED1. If it isn't on the self have them order you some.

There are only about 974,361,598 threads with this exact same information.

ok so get concentrated, i dont mix it at all or mix it my self ? i know that you mix the gold yourself i just want to make sure with the cat ec-1 sounds like a dumb question but i just want to be sure

Pooh's link is good.
But the idea with concentrate is that when you flush the system over and over with distilled water, you finally drain it the last time, and then add HALF the systems capacity in concentrate, which is 4 gals since the system is 8gals as a whole. Then if you top it off with distilled water, you end up with 50/50.
