SCT Livewire

Okay, so if I go with the SCT Livewire does that mean I do not need to install gauges in my truck? Just an EGT gauge, right? I am not familiar with these at all so I just want to cover all my bases. I would rather spend the money on a Livewire if it means I don't need to spend the money on gauges. I was looking at the X3 but it looks like I would have to install gauges and moneywise it makes more sense to go with the Livewire....I think

LiveWire will not cover everything, you will need the EGT probe kit for the EGT's and the livewire will monitor that, lots of people get the x3 and the cts, some places offer a package deal for those 2 products, 2 different companies but seems to be the best way to go, but, the livewire does do monitoring, if you have an iPhone, iPad or iPod touch and are just going to use preloads for now, SCT has a new product the iTSX, which they promise to offer more monitoring parameters as time goes by, and of course it uses those apple products to tune and to monitor

Also, the Livewire won't read fuel psi, your gonna need a separate gauge for that.

Nothing you get will read everything you want. Just depends on what you want to do. Hell with my live wire and pods I double up on almost everything.
