New SCT user in need of help

hey guys I have the updater installed and my custom tune ready to install but everytime I try to install it a window pops up and it says arithmetic operation resulted in an overflow. What the hell does this mean? It says on the SCT website that firmware is auto update now? What version of firmware are you guys using?

The file did not download from your attachments correctly, sometimes just redownloading it off of the attachments will help, if not, you have to disable your antivirus and then redownload it, should be ok then, if not, call tech support they can remote into pc and get it on there for you
