04 egr uppipe part # without the baffle.
does anyone know what the 04 part # is for the egr uppipe without the baffle. I don't want to ruin my stock 05 part cutting out the baffle and I know the 04 did not have one. Thanks

I run one on mine but I won't have access to the part number until tomorrow. Maybe someone will chime in before then
actually I think I found it, 4C3Z-6K854-BA it's showing 04 engines built after 9-22-03 so that should be the correct one Last edited by sinner6.0L; 10-31-2011 at 05:26 PM. |

Thanks, I just replace my oil cooler and put in a BPD egr cooler. The problem that I'm having is that the coolent boils under high egt loads. It's not a HG issue I know that for sure and I only have issues with the x-street tune. my thinking is that getting that baffle out so the heat is not directed into the cooler I won't have this issue. Also I might have an issue with the EGR opening under the high egt loads even when it is disabled allowing more heat into the egr cooler.
