XDP problems

Am i the only one that has been having problems with XDP or is this common l, I order a mbrp turbo back and then send me a 7.3 not a 6.0 then I didn't realize untill my truck was apart they were very un help full they tried to tell me it was the same kit for both trucks then I had to realy kickoff before they would send me out a replacement before I sent the old one back so my truck was off the road for over a week, the free stuff they said I would get for my inconvenience never came then when I called for a price match on MPT's sct livewire they said they couldn't see it for the price I quoted it's right there when you click on there 6.0 tab so I ordered it from MPT oh and for anyone that is wondering mike at MPT is very helpful and the programer shipped out that day

This doesn't sound common by any means. Would you be able to send me a PM with your info? I'd like to get to the bottom of this and see that these issues are resolved asap.
