different delta readings

my 2007 has 75,000 miles on it and is basically stock. my edge insight was getting 15-16 deltas so i took it in for new coolers (still under warranty). when the tech test drove it, he got readings of almost 30* delta.

should i be concerned with my 4 month old edge insight and trusting its readings?

fwiw, once my warranty expires, i'm going to delete the egr and do a complete coolant flush and add the ELC.

The way the FORD tech tests it and the way you monitor them are two completely different scenarios.
He held it to wide open throttle, going uphill. His was a "worst case scenario" while you likely didn't push your truck that hard.
