Why does my SCT show 2 strategies?

When i go into the vehicle info section it shows 2 strategies for my truck
VXAP2N2
TQAU0N5

it appears like i can choose which one to use, I can highlight one hit select and it takes me to the main screen for programming.
Any idea why it shows two??
Thanks

Also my SCT has the factory installed tunes Street,Performance,Towing 65hp,Towing 50 hp,Trans only.
