Go to there websites and you can email them and they will get you all setup! I also would look at Vivian from quick tricks. She will get you all taken care of and tune in the email in a couple hours. Will also tweak it if it does not feel right or if you want it to ride a little diffrent after you have it in.

keep that thing plugged in!!!!! it dies quickly!!! other than that they arent that bad. if it freezes up on you just turn it off and back on again. mine did that a few times. also make sure that its fully charged before you load tunes or else you might be stuck where you are at

So is this able to keep power by staying plugged into the OBD2 port ? Or do you have to use the cigarette ligther power plug and it works wireless with the OBD2 port box ?

It's very important to set your Rev Per Mile (see the sticky section), if you don't, your gonna have shifting issues. Also after you load the tune, drive around like a normal person for about 20-30 miles so the trans has time to relearn. In other words, don't go beating the snot out of it until the trans relearns.

OBD2 port keeps power to the dongle, but the monitor you have to keep plugged into the lighter to keep the battery charged, also if it white screens and shutting it on and off does not work there is a little hole ion the indentation where the bracket that holds it to the window or dash is, have to take a tac or paperclip to push it in the hole it is a rweset button for the monitor
