Turbo might be going bad????

K i am a little bent at my truck. I was running the edge juice w/att platinum and wanted a little more power ( of course), so i have been lookin on here and everyone with a 6.0 has the sct. So i found a good deal on a x3 and picked it up, then called vivian and got the looney tune. So i wanted to see how it ran and my buddy has almost the same truck with only a edge juice with attitude, and he stayed next to me. and i have tons more mods then him. Just a side note i can only build at full throttle not under a load is around 18 psi. under a load around 25..... any thoughts?????

I'd check the boots for a boost leak.

Something is wrong and not letting you build boost other than the tune. My truck boosts 32-33psi with the looney tune. Also, do you have studs?? I was losing a noticeable amount of power with stock head bolts because they were stretching. Losing compression/drive pressure/boost kills power.

Does the truck roll the smoke like a dodge and stumble taking off? Do a few wot runs and see if it gets any better. If nothing changes, pull the turbo and clean it out. Wouldn't hurt to do anyway.
