Any issues running PowerMax on stock sticks?

I have talked myself into purchasing a PowerMax but I am wondering if I am going to have issues with running it on my stock sticks. I know it will perform better on upgraded injectors and I will need Matt to change my tune but other than that, any thing to worry about? Slow spooling, sluggish of the line, ect.

I have not read a bad comment about doing it. I know there are a couple people on the forum that do. I think they reccomend bigger sticks but is not a must. i think you would be fine, you probably will not get the increase you are looking for with out them, but heck that and a bantum wheel is what I will be getting after the 1st of the year.

I know a tech that put one on an 06 Friday that has absolutely NO turbo lag but I think that's pretty rare.

I love my powermax and I have stock sticks.
No more lag than stock.
X2 on the SWEET sound.
You will need to get your tunes updated.

I have lag, but once it spools holy crap!! Its deff louder than a stock 03 turbo i think. My tune needs to be changed as well, and next year ill get 155's for fun

I had one and took it off. It was a little laggy and was really smokey. Went threw alot of different tunes to see if we could get it better but couldnt. Something else may be wrong with my truck to cause it. Now that i put the stock charger on everything is great.
