Question Diffrent options and ideas for motor swap.

Does anyone have any idea for a good motor swap other than a cummins.

I was wondering about a cat C7 or any other Heavy Duty engine, maybe something with wet sleeves that could be rebuilt in frame. I know there are a lot of great engines out there with a MTBF over 500,000 miles. What do you think would be a good engine that will still fit inside the engine bay.

Any diesel with proper maintenence will hit 500k easy. as far as something that can do an in frame, I would go with a DT360. You could also go with a DT466 with even more modification, but it's a bit bigger. Another possibility is a CAT 3208, but that would a tight fit. If it were me I'd go with the 360 for a DD.
