SCT Users, I need Tech help

I'm having issues with the updater locating my device. I've got the drivers installed. I've uninstalled them. Unistalled the updater and reinstalled, and it is still telling me to "connect a device". Anyone have a bone to throw me? I've been working on this for 2 hours and have made zero headway. I'm fixing to quit.

Maybe give SCT a call. I'm assuming you are using the SCT TSX. Are they running the latest firmware?

Which SCT device are you using? What computer and OS?
