Does the tune on an SCT change when you turn on the tow/haul?

Just wondering if the mode changes with the SCT custom tunes when you turn on the tow haul mode or do I need to load a tow tune every time I want to tow something? For example let's say I want to run and agressive tune to get good fuel milage, what happens when I turn on the tow haul mode? Does it switch to a tow haul tune?

I have been told you can tow with an aggressive tune but to watch your EGT's and and keep the pyro with in check . But You have a tow tune switch just for a peace of mind . Just switching to the tow mode will not change the tune you have to load each one for what you want to do.

IIRC Tow/Haul changes the torque convertor lock up only.

Can't the guy that writes the tunes set them up to change when the tow/haul button is depressed?

What about tuners like edge, are they any different?

I have the innovative tunes and eric told me all the button does it change the shift points and make them firmer. My runs like a scalded dog in tow or extreme street.
