sct " failed to unlock ecu"

I tried uploading a different tune on a sct xtreme touch screen and a message came up " failed to unlock ecu" . Anyone know what the issue can be?

Compare what you have listed in Device Info against what SCT has available. An update might help.

Monitor Firmware 1.1.111
Vehicle Interface Module Firmware 1.3.106.2
Tune Revision version 1.11

Before you update the device, return your truck back to stock.

The TSX is a little picky and have to follow on screen instruction to the t. I have used many and once they are set up, they seem to work well.
