Tire/wheel size importance on an SCT Chip

I'm wanting to purchase and SCT w/Custom Tunes with the Edge Insight gauges. I'm also needing tires, so I'm looking at wheel/tire options too and I will be going bigger than the stockers on their now. How important is it for me to have the wheel/tire size picked out and on the truck before having the chip made? Is it a big deal or just a minor difference? Can the tunes be changed later down the road if I were to delay the wheels and tires?

Thanks guys!

Doesn't matter. You can adjust your revolutions per mile before you load your tune each time.
