IDP custom tunes

I bought a used xcal2 once I give them all the info needed for them write my tunes how long does it usually take them to get me them?

Also when I give them my info can they send me the canned tunes for my truck that come with the xcal2 or will I have to wait until I get the custom tunes?

for me a week to get my tunes.
Spend your time with eric and talk about how you want your tunes, and ask him for the different options on how you can tune a tune.
