Egr delete

Hey I just received my sct and egr delete from innovative diesel and was wondering if all that's included will be all I need I see some kits have more plates with them and this does not have bolts with it do I reuse old ones?

This EGR delete kit keeps the EGR valve in place. You wont need anything else for this kit. The plate that you have seen else where is for the top of the intake (removing EGR valve.)

Yeah, that is what it looks like. If it is, replace that thing with some excellent quality heater hose.

On the end of that u-pipe, not the end with the hose on it, I am pretty sure there is supposed to be an o-ring on there.

$350 for that kit, no offense but no thanks I'll pass. No O-ring and no new bolts either, and a hose that looks like a cross eyed guy cut it(besides looking like garden hose). I'd call and complain, but hey for $350 at least a better hose than one that looks like, billy the redneck went out in the front yard and cut a chunk off his garden hose. I would hope this one just "slipped" through qc

There was an o-ring on that spot on the cheap $150 kit I got off of fleabay too....and a better hose, with 4 hose clamps and all the hardware for the exhaust.

funny, its the exact same one off ebay for $150. except the ebay one has crappy bolts, and an egr valve block off plate. comes in the same box too.

Like I said, I bought and installed that cheap kit on fleabay (dicad solutions). It came with more stuff and a heck of alot better hose. That one does look like "drunk bubba" snuck next door and chewed a hunk of the neighbors garden hose.
I would be on the phone to wherever you got that thing and start asking questions, like "can I return it?"
