Question IDP Tunes

I just changed from Vivians tunes that I've been using for 4 years and went with tunes from Eric at IDP and I'm not seeing the MPG stats that were expected. Street tune 10.5-12.0 mostly city driving. Tow tune towing a 13.5k fifth wheel mostly interstate driving 12.5 not much better. I also have the extreme street tune from Eric and for city driving only seeing even worse MPG. With Vivians Street/Tow/Looney tunes they were actually better. Motor and truck are set up as stated in my sig. Any thoughts would be appreciated. Thanks

Talk to IDP and see if they cant tweak it some. Maybe lean it out, IDK. I know that different tunes affect each truck differently.

Yep, too many variables involved when it comes to MPG and tunes. Geography, tires, driving habits, strategy, truck year, gear ratio, ect.

You can always contact ID and have them tweak it to your request and see what happens with the MPG.

Really?? Is that mostly city, hwy, and/or offroad driving?? Or do you get in and just let it idle because you just like being in your truck so much?? LOL JK man

those getting 12mpg.... maybe its the big and heavy wheels and tires and the lifts and a non calibrated speedometer that are yielding your crap mileage. I re calibrated my speedo and I only have 33's and a leveling kit and I consistently get 15 mpg in town and 18 on the highway
