HD Exhaust Bellows

So yea the OEM bellows on these trucks suck and the passenger side one is leaking. I know elite diesel sells a completely new y-pipe with HD bellows but I was wondering if anyone else does. It seems like I saw some a little bit ago but cant remember. Is it possible to just buy the bellows to weld in? If anyone has any info it would be appreciated

Are you meaning the Y-pipe and EGR up-pipe? Not too may people call them bellows.

On the Y-Pipe (that connects to the turbo, driver side exhaust manifold, and up-pipe from the passenger side exhaust manifold) there is two flexible joints that allow for vibrations and slight misalignment of parts and everyone I have heard about refers to those as bellows.

Okay the expansion joints. I had mine cut out and welded in solid pipe. Now this should be done on the truck or a mock up to be sure the pipe will line up correctly.

Well I think I am going to have to go for the whole y-pipe not to include the passenger up-pipe as I have that and dont really want to trust my welding skills. I remember seeing a place that sold it for around $200 but cant remember what it was and elite sells them for $275 but dont want to deal with them. Anyone know??

I realize this thread is from aug. and its now nov. but i just got mine from Rudy's Diesel Performance Kits and Diesel Performance Parts. $275 plus a $200 core charge

Well come to find out I dont have a leaking bellows but how did the y-pipe from Rudy's work for you??

I still dont no yet they sent stock replacements. wtf so my HD ones should be here tuesday and probably wont have them on till after turkey day
