Edge insight cords question

I just grabbed an insight out of a 6.4 on the lot I work at, and it had the Juice module attached to it under the hood. I have an 05 6.0 that I'm trying to get the Insight to work with in my truck.

It appears all I need is the cord that goes from the OBD2 to the Insight itself to make this thing work as just guages....and a dash mount for my truck.

Anyone know where, and how much one of these cords will run me?....and if that is all I'll need to make this work?
