What is up with SWAMPS Diesel!!!!

Any one else have customer service issue? I sent my FICM in Last Thursday I was told it would be a 2 day turn around. well here we are,Friday and still no truck to drive. They will not answer the phone and I have sent three emails this week, all unanswered. This will be the last time I use them. Not a way to run a buisness, at least answer the phone and say you are busy or working on it.

This is a rarity. Never heard/read of a complaint about them before. Something serious may have happened on the personal side???

I shipped it UPS and tracked it, they signed for it Monday morning. I thought it would be quicker to just send mine in and have the mods done to it but, looks like I was wrong.

Chill dude they signed for it monday. A two day turnaround means the work on it takes two days and then it will ship. Not that you will have it back in two days.

I ordered online a 58V Unit on 5/9 but they haven't charged my CC yet so maybe the order got lost online.

Will call them on Monday.

They haven't finished it. They are supposed to call me to get my credit card number when they get done "in TWO days". So if they have not called and it has been five days that shoots the two day turn around all to hell. Besides that is not even my argument, I am upset about the fact that there is no one there to pick up a phone or return an email for some one who is spending money with them.

I think this is a situational thing. Everytime I have called I have gotten someone to speak with. I have had great customer support when dealing with Swamps. Even when my truck was running a bad FICM I was anxious to get my new one, let alone if my rig was down. Give them a little time to dry out down there and get back to work. I am sure they don't like getting backed up anymore than their customers do.
