moving banks six gun from one truck to another

i've got a banks six gun that i bought that came off a 2004 model automatic and installed it on my 2006 manual transmission. i've tapped the manifold and everything is installed correctly. on the pda it says "OK" under the selected power level and the green led is lit up on the module under the hood, but its not adding any power to the truck. anybody know how to correct this. not sure if i need to do the clear learned info procedure where you turn the key forward and press the gas pedal 5x then turn key off then repeat. any inputs appreciated thanks
