Your gonna need to know what there stradegy is (PCM calibration). You can have 2 identical year trucks with the same mods or stock, but if the stradegies are different, one may get better milage. There is also human interaction, driving habits, geographical location, ect. Too many variables involved.

True, but some idea is better than no idea. Also i have the newest strategy as the Ford dealer just updated it a couple weeks ago to go to the inductive update rather than the one i had which was buzzing the injectors for 30 seconds after shutdown.

My current mod plans for my 03 CC 2WD Dually are as follows:

fiberglass tonneau cover (done)
Turbo back 4" exhaust no muffler no cat
zoodad mod
banjo bolts
fuel pressure spring
gear vendors o/d (have from another application)
scanguageII (on order)
fuel pressure, EGT, Pyro guages
switch to synthetic fluids (which brand(s)?)
custom tunes (which ones?)

What else?

to many people bs about their mileage to get a straight answer, but then again people have tried to call me a liar about my mileage but it's ok I am not the only person who has calculated the mileage of my truck and came up with the same thing.

HWY=19 +- .2
City=16-16.5 rarely dipping into the upper 15 range
