Per the site, SRL puts a little under 400HP to the ground (most I've heard from say 400HP+/-20), and SRL++ is another 15-20HP depending on the truck and 50-60 Ft/Lbs.

I think there is a timing change in srl and srl+ because srl is stock head bolt safe. Don't hold me to that tho

Having ran both...The SRL + runs a little less boost all the time. The SRL++ the boost comes on a little quicker when in normal driving and feels stronger...I would guess it's at least 30hp more.

SRL++ is the fastest tune I've ran. It's a great DD tunes well, since it has great throttle response.
