FarmboysDiesel ??
I ordered A 5" exhaust for my 2005 6.0L crew cab long bed. Im confused about the parts he sent me. I asked for a 5" with muffler. He told me I had to order 3.5 DP which I understand.......but he also charged for a Cat delete pipe (there are 2 extra pieces that are 3.5" WTF?? all they are is 3.5" strait pipes with clamps on one end. Im wondering what the heck this is supposed to do for me? I thought he was sending me a pipe that looked like a cat for legality reasons. I dont want to put this 3.5" crap on my truck when I payed $420.00 for a 5" exhaust. Please help me understand WTF he sent me!! and 3 pieces of the exhaust have dents in them including the muffler. Is this acceptable?

You have to put that 3.5 inch piece in there or the cat.
All exhaust systems are designed that way. No getting around it. From that piece back everything is 5 inch |

As for the dents call Gus

So there should be 3 pieces of 3.5" pipe right

You should have a 3.5 inch downpipe
A 3.5 inch cat delete pipe and the rest should be 5 inch. |
