Unhappy Sct failed to read vehicle strategy

Got my sct, read all infos, followed directions, plugged in and..... Wah wah wahhhhhhhhh, can't read strategy. I went online and updated firmware, still can't read strategy.

Anyone have any insight or suggestions? I called and emailed innovative, waiting on response. Just seeing if anyone might be able to help.

To the best of my knowledge my truck hasn't had any other performance chip or program as it was a fleet truck.

Did you check the fuses on the truck? Also does your cigarette outlet work?

Cigarette outlet does work. I'll check fuses, any ones specifically? Why do you ask about the lighter outlet?

The reason I asked that question is because if the cigarette outlet doesnt work that will make the OBD II port not work as well

After several (hundred) tries it read the stategy, once. So now I've got my tunes.
Now trying to load a tune and it keeps failing at uploading stock. Either it displays failed to upload or it freezes while "uploading" uggggg.

It's the x3 , model 3000. I don't know the firmware version off the top of my head but it was on the sct site as the newest version I guess.

It's version 1.1.155

I didn't see where it would indicate different firmware for a 150 or 350 or otherwise.
