SCT No Start

Good morning,

I've searched and can't find any other thread on this issue. I got Tunes from two different shops last night. The truck won't start with any of them. My Looney Tune will crank and not start, it just chugs smoke. My Street Tune from MKM Customs will not crank at all. I had the free Spartan tunes and those worked fine, also the tunes stored in the X3 work just fine. Its just my custom tunes that won't work. I've double checked strategys and I sent both tuners the correct information. I've heard of checking the file sizes when downloading. My tunes both say 933k in gmail, and 932 is what is downloaded. Could this be the problem?

Could be corrupt or something... I got a tuen last night and my truck wouldn't start either. I got a new one sent i need to try at lunch today.

Vivian @ QuickTricks (great customer service) already sent me a second file because she thought the first one was corrupt. Same thing happens.

looks like the problem is deeper than our tuners, it may lie within SCT....

i had the same problem...i found out it was the new dealer software they use to make the tunes...there in the proccess of fixing it..should be fixed today

It was fixed yesterday evening. Everyone should be good to go.

I am having the same issue i contacted sct this morning at 9 and have yet to hear back what do i need to do to get my truck back to running
