6.0 turner and straight pipe

will it hurt it if was to put a bull dog power puppy and straight pipe will it hurt the truck stock head bolts and head gaskets thanks

Everybody here will tell you to forget the Bullydog and go SCT with custom tunes, including me.

Also most will tell you to stay away from any tunes until you get the gauges in so you can monitor your engine. I think this is a good idea and while I would love to get an sct tuner with custom tunes, I am waiting until I do the egr delete and get head studs put in. I want the truck basically bullet proof before I add 100+ hp/tq to it...

I have Max Energy set at highest setting and so far I never saw any alarming values on my gauges. Hypertech says you will not need gauges for your truck if you use the tuner properly. With more then stock you do take a chance though because all the testing they do is stock truck.

I am very satisfied with the power of mine and the clutch has been great also. I will not do air intake or exhaust on mine due to the results I am having now.

My past experience with straight pipe has been better cooling, more torque but no change in MPG. So the programer has been my best modification for least amount of work.
